    Hi Wol
real sorry that i have not been around. but life runs away with you some times. Suddenly for example, it is the school holidays here the next two weeks, which means we have been in the house for 10 weeks. !!!!!!! That means 10 less weeks to get the residency paperwork in OH poo!

Sorry to hear that things have not been going so well for since I last read your thread. What ever the issue is then post it here. Don't mean beans what the title is.

And Snaggles well done on what????

    chev
I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

    Hello everyone

    :hello: :hello: :hello:

    Sheepish Wol returns...:o

Thank you everyone who has posted to support me.....it has really meant a lot. Sorry to those I have not yet replied to (by PM or otherwise)...:o :o

I have to be careful what I say here ATM...and I hope you will understand and not "discuss" or "speculate" on the thread.......please PM me instead.

So ...I moved back 15th Aug...unfortunately the house wasn't finished...and since moving back...I have found a number of things that are "not quite right" regarding the re-instatement works (curved floors, bad plasterwork/paintwork/wallpapering) plus damage to existing items....the list goes on.....and my surveyor is dealing with it (hopefully)..now that the builders have abandoned the job :o

ergo: I am now "in dispute" and need to sort out quotes for "Rectification works" (easier said than done down here...what recession!!)

I am finding this very difficult to deal with..I thought I would be back in my house and sorted by Christmas...now it will be March at the earliest......some 20 months since the flood...and I am not back full time working yet so cash is an issue....

I will gloss over the cash flow and other associated implications...again for legal reasons..;)

...And now we are fast approaching the first "Anniversary" of Wol''s mental meltdown. (ref. the "Dump by text" message... on top of everything else the Insurance company "didn't do"...) ......and my goodness am I "bricking it"

So peeps, I WILL start a new thread soon...once the dust has settled.

To all who have posted...thank you so much MY FRIENDS....even if you didnt; get a response, your support has REALLY meant something, it has been VERY important to me and I value it HIGHLY

And hopefully we will all be celebrating chez Wol in May next year..(put it in your diary peeps) ....because hopefully by then, I will be able to finally draw a line under this whole fiasco ....(oh...and BTW.....and don;t expect me to say anything sensible at that time as I will be ***sed as a *art :D:D )

    So hugs to all

Quick update: Piggies OK, Iroko's teeth have grown back..BUT!... Bandit still needs to find new home..... Wol is earning a buck or two to keep wolf from door (and Bank Manager deprived of thongs :rotfl: :rotfl: ) and piggies in veggies...

    See you soon peeps

    Hugs to all
    Love
