No, no, no..... honest, really truly.......I'm trying not to peeps....:cool:
...... And I haven't done the exercises for the last few days because of all the "other work" the hand has been doing which is why it's a bit sore this weekend. (and physio lady told me to stop when it gets sore......so I have

Anyhow good news...I see the consultant at my previous address on tuesday...and get referral to see consultant at my new address (already booked!!), the following week. HOw's that for NHS efficiency!!:j :T
Feeling much more positive about the healthcare side of things...although have to say..each and every morning.....hand is like dead meat when I wake up..and takes 3-4 hours to get back to any semblance of normality....this is most difficult thing to cope with I think.
Like....would have a real problem if a fire woke me up in the middle of the night as my hand would be useless in that situation .....:mad:
Anyhow peeps..babay steps as they say......now off to find my Monty Pyton DVD to quote to BOB.. :rotfl:
