Dealing with email queries must cost PB a small fortune. If their instructions and systems were set up correctly, they could cut down on this a lot. And we could pay less commission on our L2S vouchers!!

They're not very good at responding to emails though are they? I tried to contact them a while ago about something else and they never replied

I had an email enquiry about survey points dealt with very quickly this last week. On other occasions, I have had very late responses, or, more frequently, none at all.

Certainly, PB's efficiency with email responses is extremely variable. It seems to me that some kind of supervisor is necessary, and a sampling system to see how customer service is being applied.

Not that I am an expert in the field in any way.

A while ago when they disappeared they said they would be back in a few weeks (meaning Sept), then they said beginning of October and NOW they are saying November/in time for xmas......they also say there will be many other better rewards.....guess we'll just have to keep waiting.

Makes me laugh how they can arrange to get Ronan Keating to host their party but they can't get some vouchers sorted...makes you wonder doesn't it? LOL!

Still like the site though...many points to be had!

I have placed two orders with cdwow recently using the pigsbank codes and normally get credited within 2 days, usually 200 points each order as I order two items for each transaction.

definitely - i can email them every other day about the same thing for weeks and not receive a reply or other times receive a reply in a day or so about something else - their email is DEFINITELY one of their biggest failings

I got my blockbuster voucher today - only applied for it about a week and a half ago. Excellent!

Judging from the ever-increasing number of folks who thank Kazzea for the quiz answers daily, there must be a strong growth in the number of Pigsback members. I'd love to know how many people collect their points.
