can someone tell me if when claiming bank charges, it is still a claim even if it hasnt got to the court stage?? i am sitting back waiting for the outcome of teh court cas etc without taking lloyds to court because of the cost involved. i dont qualify for freebeies i'm afraid. i saw martin on TV saying get your claim in; so does it have to be at the court stage or will the bank deal with all claims (with or without court proceedings) when its all sorted.0
