natwest bank help asap

i signed up to natwest about 3 weeks ago then 3 days later i got my card through the post, and then when i got that it said to sign a form and take it to the bank to activate ur bank. i thought ok but then i decided to sign in it and enter my account number instead.. so i sent it thru post.

i got my pin through a few days later, but tried to use my card to sign upto love film for the free trial but it says my card is invalid.

some 1 told me i prob enterd wrong account number to natwest in edinburgh cos i entered the last 8 on my card but thats nt my account number is it the one on my check book? thts the account number?

Yeah your account number is on your cheque book and statements, not your card

So then when i got that thing with my bank card and signed it and sent it off does that mean i sent the wrong account number?

If so then what can i do about this? do i go into my local branch?

Go into your bank and explain whats happened. They will advise what to do
