may try this tomorrow and also use £1 off men's no7 that OH got in his summer mailing. that will then give me a till spit to use on UG:D
    Well................
    Here comes the rant...
I went into boots intending to get the above but mid way through Vodafone call me and say they are delaying my new phone cause its out of stock  so this puts my train of thought out, so I just bought Mens Game aftershave for OH as a treat with £5 off voucher..................then on my way home OH calls me and (stupid, stupid, stupid!!!!!) I answer the phone to say I will call you back I'm on my way home. To then see blue flashing lights behind me!!!! Yes its my own fault and I understand that but the car wasnt even moving as I was in a traffic queue at red lights! So that lovely trip ended me up with up a £60 fine and 3 points on my license I have kept clean all my life!!! Grrrrr

Rant over :D so nope didnt try it.
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

  • all the sanctuary stuff is reduced because boots are introducing three new ranges in sanctuary
my bet is that there might be some kind of incentive on these when they are
launched either points offer or gwp

Glidergirluk, you poor thing - harsh lesson. Isn't it horrible when you do something with such awful consequences and you just can't help kicking yourself and wishing you could go back a couple of hours and just do things again.

Puts my 'silly' day in perspective! I had 'one of those days' - had to run for the bus. Then lost my AC card - thought I'd left it on the counter in Boots, but finally found it in a pocket in my handbag that I don't usually use! Neither of the ACM machines were working (growl) All the reduced shelves had been cleaned out! And finally, almost home I put my hand in my pocket to find my door key and it wasn't there - had to walk to mums to get my spare (with heavy shopping bags) and when I got home, there was my key - in my unlocked front door, where it had been for 3 hours, with the house empty - shame Boots don't sell Valium over the counter - I needed it!!

Did have a fair-ish shop though.

Used my 4 fragrance vouchers but they weren't giving any more out.

    Got Oral B precision clean toothbrushes x 2 - £12.37 ea
    4x heads for above - £7.32
    Coolwater Wave EDT - £5.50
    Game Men 30ml - £7.99
    CKin2u Her 20ml - £7.50
    CKin2u Him 20ml - £7.50

    4x Haircare splits

    Total Spend - £60.55

Total Points - 1832 (1500 on oral b, 100 total spend, rest 'normal')

SA was lovely - gave loads of time to help with fragrances. Also volunteered to give me 100 extra points as I couln't get a total spend from the ACM as it wasn't working - was totally her idea too!

    (sorry for essay-like post!)

Wow, that was nice of her!

Interesting how some of them are happy to 'use their discretion' and others refuse!

Hope your evening is a bit more relaxing! :rotfl:
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Were there any more on the shelves did you notice?
