Tv Help

ok so heres the deal

ive got a sony tv with two scart sockets in the back
and a video recorder
dvd player
and sky box

i want to connect all of them together.. without affecting the sound/picture quality.
i want to the video recorder to be able to record from the sky box.

what can i do?

    Our Sky box has a 2nd scart which the video connects to, then when you press play on the video it changes automatically to the video input through the sky box.
