  • I started using greasypalm (https://www.greasypalm.co.uk) after reading about it on this site.

I don't know how it works but if you enter a site via greasypalm and you then buy a product/sign up for a service you get a %age of the purchase value or a set amount depending on the retailer and product being bought.

Greasypalm then sends you a cheque when your cashback level gets to over £25 although you have to wait until the cancellation/return period is over for your account to be credited with the cashback.

I have to temporarily alter my antivirus settings when using greasypalm to allow pop-ups for greasy palm to record my purchase but other than that I have had problems.

The biggest cashback (££s, not %) is often offered for insurance. Quidco even does not have such a section...

I would also recommed http://www.mutualpoints.com they are very good with there rates (at least they are now, they put them up about 2 months ago)

They are also listed on the stock exchange so they are not as likely to go down the swanny over night like some of these companies will

Hope this is of some help.

I have been with Rpoints for nearly a year, and find them to be excellent, probably mainly due to their open approach, via their forum, I have tried a few others more recently and they seem equally good. The only one I would avoid at all costs is Greasypalm, I have been using them for about a year as well their payout method is a closed book, big cashbacks never seem to have tracked properly, and I have heard from a few people lately who's pending money dissapeared overnight, (Including my own today) and recieved nothing in the way of a worthwhile responce from their 'So called help desk' they are now in suspended animation because of the payout system, and leaving would merely wipe out the earning that are trapped in their accounts.

I use rpoints very good for insurance, insured contents for £54 with Lloyds, got £50 in points.:j
it is run by a guy called Richard who is/was a member here, you can redeem points when they reach 1500, ie 1p per point, he uses Egg Pay to pay you.
Basically with all the points sites you have to register, ie open an account. When you wish to buy something you go to the points site and click on a link to the "shop" you want to use from a list on the site. This will give you the amount of points or a % of purchase that will be added to your account when the purchase has been confirmed. Choose your points site on your buying habits to get the most, not all sites have the same percentage and shops, together with the redemption method or amount that suits you.
