Haven't posted for a few days because I have been so stressed with various things.

Yesterday was my daughter's 21st Birthday and we had a lovely day together. We met my Dad for lunch, then my daughter and I had a pampering session. After that we had a lovely meal followed by watching Mamma Mia at the cinema.

Today we will need to tidy the whole house and the garden as we are having a BBQ tomorrow for a few family members but at the moment i haven't even started and my daughter is'nt out of bed yet!

We also have some stuff to take to a charity shop and some stuff to take to the dump and she is meant to be seeing her Dad at some point as well, so i really should make a start on things!

Monday is the anniversary of losing my Mum. It is so hard and I miss her more each day. So much has happened since she died, such as my daughter passing her driving test, getting a car, her 18th and now her 21st. I would have loved Mum to be here for that.

Not doing so well with MSE because have spent so much on the birthday celebrations one way or another, but will start again on Monday!

Stayed the same weight this week - I really don't know how and things are not going too well so far this week what with the meals yesterday and the BBQ tomorrow!

Oh well better get going now and burn off some of the weight!

Ah - BIG HUG XXX My Mum died over 11 years ago now and I still feel like that at significant milestones in my life and my son's life. Sounds like you have created a wonderful 21st birthday experience for your daughter - that was definitely the most important thing to concentrate on this week! LOL xxx

Monday went well - We went out as a family for the day and had a lovely time.

My dad is suffering with rheumatoid arthritis in the wrist at the moment but he seemed to enjoy us all being together.
