    Good thanks bountiful, and yours?

Spent all day yesterday sorting out my daughter's bedroom. We took down her old bed, which was taken by a freecycler and then put up the one we received from a freecycler. Then we shifted furniture about and put up pictures and ornaments and then with new bedding it looks really good. Just need to get the new blind put up and it should be finished.

Was so exhausted at the end of the day that we got a takeaway, so not good for my diet (my daughter paid but I will go halves with her) so not very MSE, but was very welcome.

Today we have been shopping for a few more ornaments and managed to exchange a blind we had bought when we moved in. The colour didn't go with the new scheme, and we managed to exchange it today without a receipt so that was good!

NSD's on Monday and Tuesday - yay!

Well did spend some money on some bits for my daughter's 21st birthday which is next week, but they were budgeted for.

Feel really tired today so will probably go to bed soon and perhaps read my book for a while, before sleeping.

    Thanks!

Another one today! Bought a couple of pressies for my daughter, but again that is budgeted for.

Paid the first instalment on one of my CC's so that is £20 off the total!

I'm confused - what do you count as a NSD? I use it to mean 'I have not parted company with any cash today'.

if gifts were already saved/budgeted for then they could be counted as bills so not necessarily a "spend". My NSD's were always when i never bought anything i didnt really really need.
I HAD to buy groceries but didnt wipe out an otherwise NSD if i bought them.

Yes that is how I see it too.

If something is budgetted for then I don't count it. I only count things unexpected or unneccessary!

Had my weigh in last night and had put on a pound. I did have a chinese last Saturday and had been eating more chocolate than I should have done through the week so wasn't really surprised.

Not doing so well on the diet at the moment. Went to a BBQ at my friend's in Clacton yesterday and she puts on such a good spread it would have been rude to say no!

So bought some flowers for my friend yesterday and gave my daughter some money today to buy us some chocolate! Yes diet really out the window and money spending too!

    Oh dear....
