adding pictures to a hotmail email

How do i add a picture to my hotmail email, whithout including it as an attachement.
In other word, it is included in the text, and does not need to be opened or downloaded?

when you add it as an attachment, you get the option to load it as either file or photo. Photo will be seen in the email, but file will just have a link at the top (I prefer to email pictures as 'file', because hotmail resizes them otherwise.)
