ANYONE GOT A 7600 PHONE THEN!!!!!

Orded 2 from CPW,

Spend about 3 days on the phone after my order was messed up.

Got them yesterday but one of them has the buttons on the site missing.

Sending it back and have to wait for a replacement.

Maybe we should ask Martin to get involved and help us get a statement from Amazon.com or at least let us know where we stand (collectively as customers).

I have had no debit on my CC so they are within their rights to cancel the order, if that’s what they propose i need to know now so I can make alternative arrangements regarding xmas presents.

Surely amazon.com should know how much stock they have and how many orders. How hard can it be to marry these 2 pieces of info together and honour the orders to those who ordered them first (or another fair selection method).

As individuals we will continue to get fobbed off and our emails will get the same generated, automated, response that we have all been receiving.

Come on MSE let stick up for ourselves!!!

ordered mine from amazon around 20/10/04 expected delivery from 2/11 to 13/11 but no reply from them yet, they had better not cancel the order as i could have got one from cpw but i didnt as i had ordered from them.

My 2 were due from Amazon between 02 - 10 November and no sign of despatch. I am just off the phone and they have advised me that they will not be getting them in. I told them I wasn't pleased as I could have purchased from CPW. They the advised me that they are cancelling the orders and emailing a £3 voucher code per order as compensation.

So after feeling sorry for Amazon after you lot screwed them for DVD Players etc... All I can say is well done you!

I missed the first CPW website offer so waited for it to come back on the site. And waited, and waited, and waited...

In the end I just rang up my local CPW and said did they have any, they did so went striaght round and got one.

Nice phone, worth hanging on for. Unlocked it over the internet and that's it. Camera and video are ace. The 3G downloadable videos and things are so-so but not worth paying for.
