I just had a look at this link. Thank you.
I am having the same problems described on that site and I received no help from Carphone Warehouse or 3 so far. 3 tell me to go to Carphone Warehouse and Carphone Warehouse say I need to get 3 to fix it. Don't you just love good customer service? >:(0 -
Ordered my 7600 from CPW on the Sunday, it arrived on the Wednesday, what can I say, beginners luck perhaps?0

I got my 7600 from CPW today. The box had been opened and when I turn the phone on it says
Enter PUK code
Methinks someone has had this phone before me ???
I will phone CPW tomorrow and see what they say.
Apart from that - not a bad looking phone - except for the horrible browny coloured casing :-/0 -

If it's asking for PUK code then someone has entered the wrong PIN number of the SIM, or the wrong phone security code more than 3 times.
The SIM should not be in the phone when new.0 -

Well it was ????? I'm definitely not a techie when it comes to phones, but all I have tried to do with this one is turn the flipping thing on......and as I said before I got no further than the request for the puk code.
Nevermind.....I will call CPW tomorrow and see what they have to say.0
