I like the look of the West Brom account but do you know if it's a true Internet account or do you have to post them a cheque to open it?

Their account opening FAQ suggests that a cheque is necessary.

Also looks like you need to send them ID if your a new customer, rather than them using an electronic ID service, which is a pain.

I opened this bond by transfer from existing WB magic 8 a/c. Otherwise you will need to send the a cheque.
