At the beginning of August we cancelled our Sky family pack (£19.50 a month) because NTL offered us FREE Sky Sports if we took out their family pack (£19.50 a month).
Today Sky telephoned us and offered us the family pack back at £10.50 a month plus £50 worth of Argos vouchers. We have been assured we may cancel after the 3 months.
So we are being paid to have Sky !!!
Fortunately, the Ntl runs through the downstairs TV and we had left the Sky running through the bedrooms because even though the Sky was cancelled you still got the main channels and certain others ie ITV2 (so we used it as a freeview box). Which saves a few arguments over what channels to watch !
