Savings Advice Please

Hi

I wonder if anyone could help.

My situation is I have sold my house and have equity of around £90,000. I am currently looking for another property but to date have been unable to find one. I am therefore going to be forced into rented accommodation until I can find somewhere. This I am expecting could take approx 3 months. In the meantime I would like to put my £90,000 equity into an account and hopefully gain some interest on it.

Can anyone advice the best account to put the money into that will obviously allow me to access it when I find my dream property.

For such a short period of time I'd suggest getting 3 (£30,000 in each keeping within the £35,000 rule) decent instant access savings account:
