Paying Npower and Atlantic for gas!

I have recently switched my gas supply over from Npower to Atlantic gas and electricity. I switched in march 2008 and since then i am now being billed by both of these suppliers!
I have contacted Atlantic on many occasions to explain this and spoke to there useless call centre staff and managers there and still the problem exsists. I have also contacted Npower and they tell me they have had no information from atlantic about me switching suppliers.
I keep being passed from Npower to atlantic and dont seem to be getting anywhere. I have contacted energywatch and they confirmed with x o serve that Npower are my suppliers and not Atlantic. So why are Atlantic taking money from my bank account every month???
Anybody any ideas how i could get this situation resolved???

Well the easy way would be to recover any money taken by Atlantic under the terms of the DD guarantee and cancel the DD mandate direct with your bank"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
