Kwik Fit - Beveley

I am so annoyed :mad:
Had a puncture in my front nearside tyre - it's a company car so have no choice but to take it to Kwik Fit.
I rang the Beverley branch this afternoon to check that they had stock and that they could fit me in. The garage closes at 5pm on a Saturday and I asked what was the latest time I could get there ( Had to take my daughter to the school for a trip to Germany ) and was advised 4.30pm. I double checked that statement and was told the 4.30pm was fine.
Anyways, put on a very slim temporary spare wheel ( Audi A3 ) which has stickers all over it advising no more than 50MPH :eek:, drove 16miles to the garage to get there for 4.28pm ( logged the milage on my phone and hence the exact time )
Was shocked and very annoyed to be told that they couldn't fit me in today and could I leave the car or come back tomorrow. Won't tell you my response
What a complete waste of an hour and about £4.50 in fuel. Suffice to say that I will NEVER go to the Beverley garage again - I'd rather drive the extra miles and go to the garage in York.

Get your company to change their policy - no one should have to go to these rip off merchants!
