Processor fan needed.

I need a new 7m fan for processor any one know where I could buy 1, or is there anyway to repair the one I have.

That depends on what's wrong with the one you have... If it's just noisy, others on this forum have reported good results from peeling back the sticker on the front of the fan and putting a small amount of oil on the bearings.

7m is quite big for a processor fan - you'll probably want something a bit smaller. Maybe 70mm? Have a look through these:

You'll find it easier to select a fan that fits your CPU type than by size alone.

You really just need the speed/model of processor and then use the link fwor mentioned to find a suitable fan.
