Humax Warranty Question.

hi folks,

hope somene can help me as i am thinking of buying a humax 9200t pvr from humax own website and was wondering you are able to transfer the warranty into someone eles name if i decide to sell the humax on ebay if i do have problems with the freeview signal in my area?

in particular i am looking at buyin the refurb version with the one year warranty?

I doubt if the warranty would be transferable but have you checked here for your predicted reception and aerial requirements?

probably cheaper to buy a chep a freeview box form Tesco or somewhere to check, then er..take it back. Or check with neighbours if they have signal OK, either way, Humax are unlikely to check if you've sold on assuming the current owner can provide the dated receipt
