Hope this isn't already being discussed. Has anybody information/experience about this latest thing going round stating that if the CC company can't supply you with a copy of your original T&C agreement the you can legally write off the debt. There are severel solicitors on the interenet offering their services. They do take a percentage if the claim is successful.

Under section 77/78 of the consumer credit act they must supply you with a copy of your agreement. If they cant then they do have a problem.
There is no need to pay solicitors and your quite in your right to ask for a copy.
