I really want it to be fully "authentic" wagyu kobe and basically just looking for the best steak I can get!
scottish steaks are the best you can get...don't get me wrong I have had wagyu before in a swanky place in london its good and it is up there, but lets be honest, the best steaks you can buy are scottish....no need to have virgins massaging the beasts, thats what the rains for!0 -
