•The prize is for a family of four (two adults and two children aged three to 11) travelling either standard class on return Eurostar direct to Disneyland Resort Paris from London Waterloo or Ashford International or return economy flight from selected regional airports to Paris Charles de Gaulle.
•The prize is valid for travel which must be completed by 30 March 2009, when the extended celebration of our 15th Anniversary officially ends.
•Accommodation is for two nights in a standard room at a Disney Hotel (excluding The Disneyland Hotel) including continental breakfast.
•Tickets to both Disney Parks for the duration of your stay (subject to capacity).
•Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc) are the guests own expense.
•Travel insurance and UK transfers are not included.
•Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
•The prizewinner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the holiday.
•There is no cash or prize alternative.
General Terms & Conditions
The prize is for a family of four (two adults and two children aged 3 to 11) including tickets to both Disney Parks for the duration of your stay (subject to capacity) and return standard class transport on return Eurostar direct to Disneyland Resort Paris from London St Pancras International or Ashford International or economy class return flights from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle. All date requests are subject to availability. Excluded are travel insurance costs, transfers in UK or France and any additional expenses or hotel expenses whilst in a Disney® Hotel. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc) are at the guests’ own expense. The holiday must be taken no later than 31st March 2009, and all date requests are subject to availability. Accommodation is for two nights in a standard room at a Disney Hotel (excluding The Disneyland Hotel and New York Hotel) including continental breakfast. Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements. Entrants must be aged 18 and over and details of parent or guardian, as specified, are required via postal or online entry. Details collected via postal entries will be for the purposes of the competition only. All information given by each entrant is treated in full compliance with the Data Protection Act. There is no cash or prize alternative. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter’s control, similar prizes of equal or greater value may be provided. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners. The competition is open to all Disney Princess readers within the UK, IOM and CI, other than employees of participating companies, their agents and their immediate families. Entries are restricted to one per household. We regret we cannot return entries. We cannot accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. No proof of purchase is necessary. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition. If the prize winner declines to take part, the sender of the next correct entry will be declared the winner and so on until the prize is accepted. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The closing date for all entries is midnight 24 June 2008. The winner will be notified by post, within six weeks of this date. For the winner’s name and county, send an SAE to the promoter’s address after six weeks and mark your envelope ‘Disneyland Paris Princess magazine competition winner’. The promoter’s interpretation of the conditions are final and binding.
