Cashback Kings-Dual Gas and Electric Switch Rejected

I used the comparison info to look into switching from British Gas and having done my research decided to go with Scottish Power. I put in my details and was advised that I would get £92 for switching minus £5 for Cashback King's admin charge.
I have now been advised that my energy is being supplied by Scottish Power but have received a note on my account that my payment of £87 has been rejected. I have appealed against this and sent a copy of e-mails advising that as far as I am concerned I have complied with all the conditions. Any ideas on what I can do next would be greatly appreciated.
