Cost of man & rotavator...
Options
Hi All!
First time on this board, so be gentle with me!!
Been concentrating on doing the inside of www.theupsidedownhouse.9f.com
& now we're getting to the stage where the garden (which you'll see in the pics was trashed by the digger) needs to be considered.
First thoughts were to hire a rotavator & level ourselves. But £150ish hire costs, wondered what a sensible £$£$ to pay to have it done for us would be?
Milton Keynes area. Recommends welcome!
Thanks in advance!!

I found it was similar price to get man + rotovator as hire rotavator, and much less work
This was on alotment [sp?]
However it was a few years back, and very much cash in hand
I think it will depend on garden size & hence how long it will takeEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0
