Not sure about that one, you do have to provide a clubcard when exchanging vouchers so not sure if they'd just let you do it with proof of name etc.

I am thinking of converting my cc points to airmiles but I don't have an airmiles account. Do I need to open one first? I think H gets air miles with his LTSB credit card so is it possible to add to that or have a joint air miles account?

Yes - you can use your ccplus to pay online! I got one last month and have used it on groceries and direct no bother!

You can defintely have joint airmiles accounts- you sign up for your own, then combine them in a "household" account. My husband and I do this. We both had the airmiles accounts before exchanging cc points so can't tell you how that bit works.

I tried to apply for a Clubcard plus account today only to be told that they have no stopped anyone new from taking out a clubcard plus and as yet it has not been replaced.

Anyone else heard this or have I just been fobbed off??

No - they have just told me that they have stopped offering this product to new customers as well.

Yes, the product has officially been withdrawn for new customers to make way for future product developments.

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place. On the clubcard website it states that i can opt in to receive ecoupons. By ecoupons do they mean the extra points/money off vouchers that comes with the clubcard statement or do they mean that the clubcard vouchers themselves will arrive as ecoupons?

Hi all, quick question.

Just noticed that hubbys triple points on tesco mobile top ups haven't been going on. I got him to ring up & question it, but the phone op said there were no triple points, went & checked with someone else, and they confirmed it.

However...just quadruple checked the website- and lo & behold, there should be.

The question, who do we get on to now?
