You have to ask (more like grovel and beg- they don't like giving them out) at the customer services desk for ink cartridge envelopes, so it's probably the same for phone envelopes.
It's a lot easier to get cartridge recycling envelopes on line. Tesco web page says:
Inkjet Cartridge Recycling
You can also earn Green Clubcard Points for recycling your inkjet cartridges. And with 30 million being thrown away in the UK every year we’re discarding precious resources. In fact what we throw away in ink cartridges alone takes 1,425,000 litres of oil to produce! Recycle them with Tesco and we’ll give you 100 Green Clubcard Points for each one or you can choose to donate £1 to Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Either way, the environment still ends up a winner. Simply pick up a Freepost envelope in store, or go to The Recycling Factory to request an envelope.
I went to the recycling factory, ordered the max number of cartridges and the envelopes came.
One query: how do I know when the points are added to my account? Is there somewhere in 'my account' which lists them, like Nectar points are listed?0 -
I've just telephoned my local Johnsons cleaners because I have some Tesco coupons which need using up so I thought I'd use them there and I've not done this before. They told me that they are coming out of the scheme in August, so if anyone wants any dry-cleaning done, go there fast!0

When I've done this, the points show on my receipt as 'green points' - but it does take several weeks for them to show. HTH"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

Hi,
Wonder if someone knows the answer to this please. Bought some foreign notes way back in March from Tesco expecting the usual 1 point per £1 spent - but it looks more like 1 point per £10 spent of foreign currency. Convinced the lady at Tesco Money said it was a point per £1, as she also said you had to spend a min of £250 to qualify for any points, and phoning Tesco Clubcard CS has not cleared the matter either. Would somebody on this forum perhaps know? Thanks.0 -
Have Tesco pulled the double points on fuel silently?
Didn't get mine this morning and noticed there weren't any signs any more - annoyed because they've also put the price up!0 -

It's 25 points per £250.
So you either mis-heard or you were mis-sold0 -
A warning that this scheme is not as good as it may seem. I swopped £15 of vouchers into £30 of rewards for toys. We selected over £30 from the toy aisle, which has signs everywhere saying double up here.
When I went to pay, the till would not accept my vouchers. I then had to go to customer services, but they were unable to tell me which toy was not classed as a toy.
To be fair to customer services, they eventually put my voucher through as cash when it became clear that I was not moving. I would have been happy to move and swap the 'offending' item, if they would tell me what it was!
At the same time as I was there another woman was there with a baby toy she wanted to buy with rewards. She asked the assistant if she should have a baby rewards to buy this. She was told no, it would be toys, so asked them to swap her vouchers for toys rewards.
While I was still there (some time later) she came back as the till would not take her toy reward against the baby toy. They then told her she should have had a baby one, but they would not swap it for her. So she had to pay for her item and had two rewards which are no use to her.
There were other people there with problems too, so seems to be problematic at the moment.0 -
Hello guys,
First post here -and its seeking some help!!
I know if i cained through the various threads the answers will no doubt be here but im sure there will be one or two in the know who could answer my concerns straight out....
So.... In order to get good use out of CC codes i have multiple accounts: 3 online accounts, 2 of which are linked and the points feed on to the same account -i also have a physical clubcard for this. My most recent account i opened online is not linked, i recall i may have tried to link it with the other two by entering my physical clubcard number when i created the account however this was not possibile, as it said the CC is already registered to another account. However l am fine with that, as infact i feel i could benefit from having seperate accounts to benefit from recycling quotas for greenpoints and other things such as this.
My questions are:
1) My clubcard voucher have arrived but not for my most recent online account, this account was seperate as detailed above and i know that the vouchers were not added to my mailing which was for my other two 'linked' accounts. Why have they not arrived yet? That online account has the same address details and i received an email informing they have been sent out?
2) If i do have to get on to Tescos to inform they have not been received, i dont want CS to realise that i have multiple accounts as i dont want them linked for the reasons above. I dont even have the full Clubcard number to quote to them as when i log on to this account it only gives me last 4digits of the clubcard number -i have no idea how to find out the rest.
3) Recycle ink cartridges. I would like to send more than 30. Is this possibile now that i have an account that has a non linked clubcard??
4) Anything else i should maybe know -im a newbie at all of this...
Thanks for bearing with this -i appreciate any help.0 -
Not sure if all statements have been sent out yet. I'm still waiting on one of mine!0
