You need to put in your roll number, quite often in these cases the sort code and acc no are generic ie everyone uses them as a holding area, your roll number will identify you. ie with a gas bill you would put in your gas acc no.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
+ however may £2 coins I have saved in my Terramundi since 2000.

I usually put in the persons name and the bank name in the reference field. (Unless it requires a roll number or equivalent).
