Valuator wrote 125yr lease when reservation form said freehold

Hmm.. just got a copy of the bog standard mortgage-only survey on a new Persimmon home and the valuator has ticked 125 year lease.
I'm a bit confused and I hope it's just a silly mistake, the reservation form says freehold. Another worry for the weekend.

Call them first thing Monday AM, dont sign or return anything until received a fresh survey with all the "small print" correct. Probably was a silly mistake on the valuator's part, but dont accept it as it could come back to haunt in years to come0
