how long does it take to do a BT with Virgin- I rang up on sunday afternoon but the CSA man said the
computers were down so he said he would take the details and do it when they where back up. Ive done
a BT about 3 months ago and it only took a couple of days. has the CSA man forgotton to do it do you wreckon??.
not just that i tried to do a BT about 3 weeks ago from my RBS credit card to Virgin and waited 2 weeks
then i rang them up to find out there was no notes about any BT on the computer screen so waisted a
complete fortnight. They did ask me to do it again but i refused as doing BT,s is all in the timing. the devil in
me says " are there forces stopping me doing BT,s coz it does seem that way ". i know BT's are approved but
surely i would be told if i could'nt do it, not just left in limbo!!

yup, its normal to be informed within 3 working days if a BT cant be done for some reason, BUT if the CSA man didnt actually do what he said he would do then no one knows your waiting for a BT to happen0

So if i have not been informed then it should of went through, but i have not been informed and it still has not gone through. Any ideas peeps!!0

BTs normally take 7-10 working days to clear. If yours still hasn't shown up on your account by then, ring and check with the bank you did the BT with that you gave them the right details. For example, if the sort code or account number is off by even one digit, your BT might have gone to someone else's account!0
