Accomodation WANTED to let : Manchester

Hi its my first time renting so not sure where to look on the internet.

I need a one bedroom flat in manchester city centre (postcodes M1 / M3 / M15) before 1st August for less than £500 per month.

If anybody here is a LL with a flat to rent, or knows anybody who does, or knows a good internet site to use, very interested to hear from you. Thanks!

    Have you looked on https://www.rightmove.co.uk?

There's very little in the M1 postcode, but M3 has 35 properties to rent under £500, and M15 has 24.

    Also try the Manchester Gumtree.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Lots of new build flats in Manchester are currently standing empty - over supply so negotiate hard and you should be able to get a good deal. Just check that the owner has permission to let from their mortgagor, so that you have some protection if the LL is struggling to repay their mortgage, and watch out for the parking space regs within the contract. Some flat owners let these off separately, esp near the city centre.

As Pinkshoes says try Gumtree, plus there's http://rent-let.vivastreet.co.uk/ & http://www.letalife.com/property_adverts/manchester_lancashire_property_to_let.asp
