Contacting long and lost relative

hi, i hope someone can direct me in the right direction. To cut a long story short, i am trying to contact relatives who i have not seen for a few years.I know their address, but the search site wants payment for phone numbers, 192, that is. Can anyone help, please

    When I did this a few years ago I wrote a letter to the address I had.

    We exchanged phone numbers after contact had been made again.
    Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

    Yep I would send a letter and your contact details and see what happens

    has phone & electoral register.

    See, if BT has no contact details, they're probably ex-directory, so may well be very difficult to find by phone. Electoral roll may help, but they can opt out of having details showing on public version of that. A google for their name may bring up a social networking profile or an email address. I've just googled DH and found us VERY quickly ...
