Posted on behalf of my mum who's in a flap. She's a self employed computer illiterate trainer, and has been emailed some info for a course next week, which is saying it is an 08 file.
Neither of us has heard of these, and we can't open it. Can any one elucidate, and are there any open sources we can download for free to have a look at what she's been sent?

Have you opened it up in notepad to see what it looks like?
