Anyone heard about the Virgin/BA refunds

    If they've been colluding to overcharge passengers, they deserve to be hit with this.

    I don't trust any of the reclaim websites though.

    Hi,

    Has anybody received their refunds yet? If yes, how long did it take?

    I sent my online claim off in August, and it's been over four months now and have yet to receive anything from them - not even an acknowledgement that my claim has been received.

    more delays, as the partys have all falling out, and its going to court again, so mean while we will just have to wait even longer just to get £20 back.really unfair if you ask me why should we wait to get our money back they have already had since 2006!

    Received a cheque for £16.77 about a month ago for 2 economy flights lgw-las I read somewhere that others had had refunds becuase they were querying the strange amounts.

    Yes had c£80 6 weeks or so ago.

    Had my refund of £42 about 6 weeks ago, like andy. I had applied ages ago though.
