Go to www.hotelscombined.com . This site checks most of the hotel booking sites and saves you a lot of legwork. Prices start from £8 per night for a basic hostel right up to 5 star rates. Hope this helps0

I don't have the link with me but Travelzoo highlighted an offer for the Hotel Avenida Palace near Passeig di Garcia and Las Ramblas for £89 per night. For that, you'll get a free guaranteed upgrade to a Junior Suite, free buffet breakfast for two and a 50euros shopping voucher at one of the shopping outlets.
I tried booking through the website but there were some tech error. I called their Reservations number and quoted that it is their Shopping mania offer for 95euros a night. No problems getting rooms for Nov/Dec.
The hotel looks spectacular0
