nothing fancy i,m afraid just the usual sunday dinner only on a saturday. i was tempted to put a glaze on it (from delia,) marmalade and port, but i like to drink the port.

We don't have a rack either - usually use the grill pan rack in a roasting dish! The fat is luvvverly for roasting yer tatties in too :drool: Not at all healthy but delish!!0
