Arghhhh off chicken

Chicken is off, was planning on simply using chicken tonight sauce with rice. Rice in, cooking away, open chicken up and nearly fell over.
Off 2 days before it should be and its from Morrisons.
Was really looking forward to the meal, you know when you just really fancy something etc etc.
Now had to pull together another idea for tea, sausages, chips and baked beans, doesn't sound no where near as nice as the chicken tonight with rice.
