I used one of their online forms to advise them of the death of a subscriber and asking for the account to be closed.Crap. I was hoping to find some answers on this thread. We switched our phone service and BB to Sky back in June. The line rental officially switched over to Sky as well in July. But I can't seem to get BT to issue a revised/final bill for services up to that point.
They replied from the below e-mail address. Worth a try?
customer.choices@bt.comTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
