Has any one had dealings with this company? They sell security equipment like personal alarms counterfiet pens etc.
I ordered £100 pounds worth of alarms for my work using a work credit card and 6 weeks later all i have received is a confirmation email telling me the order has been placed - but no goods....
I have called many times - no answer.
I have emailed several times - no reply
I visited their EBAY store and left a message through that too - still no reply... even though they are still trading through Ebay and have had feedback in the last week.
What else can i do? I am waiting on this months statement for the work credit card to see if payment has been taken (it seems that our accounts dept can't check any other way) but i am suspecting it is likely it has been. But even if payment hasn't been taken, this is a shoddy way to treat any customer.
Will the credit card company pay for this - I don't want to get in trouble at work (even though i was asked to use this company) what other form of recourse do we have?

It may be different because it's a work card, but the usual rule is that the card company are jointly and severably liable. so yes, they should potentially reimburse you. Give them a call ASAPRemember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0

What made you choose this company?0

Leave negative feedback about them on ebay, and you are guaranteed attention. So long as any human beings work for them, that is.0

I didn't choose this company I simply organised the transaction for our sales department. I think they chose it because it was well priced and it definitely looked professional etc.
Unfortunately i placed the order through the website and not through Ebay otherwise i would leave negative for them.
I am still waiting to see if the transaction has gone through. If not then all it would take is for this guy to say "sorry we don't have it in stock, try elsewhere" and i could move on - but I am left at the moment wondering where on earth our goods are as i can only assume that as I have a confirmation of the order that he intends to fulfill it.0
