Need advice on divorcing a bankrupt!!

Hi,
Could use some advise for my best mate, I have tried looking through the forum, but seem to find anything directly related… My Friend split with her husband recently, (due to him having a mid-life crises of the most generic kind:mad: ) She’s already doing the quick divorce thing, and has dealt with the council in relation to council tax and moving out of the rented home, but I’m sure there is more to do!!
She works full time, and he’s self employed and not majorly inclined toward supporting their 2 beautiful kids, there is also the not so small matter of him owning his own business in the past and going bankrupt a couple of years back, which my friend supported the family through, what does she need to do to regain her credit status now she’s single again?
She’s also been getting debt agency’s contacting her in relation to bills that he has accumulated since his business went under and the £10,000 loan which her parents took out to pay for an apprenticeship for him to retrain, which he then gave up on….
Any advise you could give me to give to her would be greatly appreciated!!! (and apologies if this info has been posted before, I freely admit to not being the hottest person with computer stuff)
Many thanx in advance!!
