I need to send a large number of e-mails to a pal, re a fund raising event. These are emails that were sent to me and I want to forward them on. Can I do it as a large group, ie send 40 emails at once? Or do I have to send as a single email?

If using outlook express, select all mail you need to resend and right click on them, then forward as attachment. HTH. Alan.

Thank you both for the replies. I use MS Outlook.

I have been unable to send as my mail exceeded the permitted size. Looks like I will have to send 3/4 at a time.

ps, I was sure there were two replies!

Just to add that a lot of ISPs see sending many messages at once as spamming and won't allow it.

Depending on the size you can create a new message and drag a set of the messages to forward into this message and they'll be sent as attachments.

You might be able to send them all at once, you might not, depends on the size.

    You can try this:

To highlight the emails you want to send hold down the Ctrl key and click on the relevant individual emails. Alternatively hold down the shift key and click the first and the last email of a group you wish to send - that will highlight all the emails inbetween. Once you have highlighted all the relevant emails, or as many as your ISP will allow you to send at once, you can then click on the 'Forward' button on the tool bar along the top of the page. The pc may spend a minute or so 'thinking' about the forwarding bit but it should work.
