I placed orders (some of which are still missing) using the vouchers I won but now they are messing me about again, see this email

'Once your account was re-credited following the cancellation of order (xxxxxxxx), the £20 credit was then used against order xxxxxxxx placed on 8th July and now received by you.

Order xxxxxxxx just placed on 17th July has now been cancelled, as you have already claimed your £20 win, plus an additional £10 from order xxxxxxxx.'

This is the first I have heard about any cancelled orders, my account says these orders have been shipped????

Just to clarify - you can spend upto £7.22 using the VMONEY 10% off code, and get the whole thing for free.
(10% of £7.22 = £0.72, so 10% off = £6.50, plus £3.50 postage = £10.)

make sure you are not signed in when you click the link as it would nt let me either... once you have clicked voucher link then it takes you to sign on screen.. try that if not i have no idea but someone will be around soon to help you i guess... maybe they have pulled the offer????

I bought the teddy for £7.00. Used the 10% discount too and went thru qudico. Will just have to wait to see if it is accepted.
