They cancelled my order and I did win the voucher. Have emailed them as I am not happy.

I emailed them earlier and have had a reply saying there is a delay because the competition has been more successful than they originally thought and that they are having to check every single win and voucher order to check if its genuine (so the friends emails which were entered in order to be able to enter again need to be genuine and, thankfully I didn't make any of mine up and they were all genuine friends emails, also if placing an order with a voucher the email/name and address need to match up with the comp entry)

She assured me that every genuine winner will recieve the prizes they have won, so fingers crossed we will get everything.

She also mentioned that it does state in the terms and conditions prizes will take upto 21 days to be recieved (can't remember when the comp started so not sure if it's been 21 days yet)

How do they check this? Merely wait and see if the email has bounced back, or email the addy given to elicit a response to verify that they are a friend of the entrant?

Received my Lipstick today that I won on this comp a while ago - I didn't receive any email notification of the win so I assumed I wouldn't get anything.

Just had another go and won a £10 voucher!:j

Also I won several £10 vouchers but could only use one so they have diddled me effectively.

Am waiting to hear back from them

No idea just repeating what I was told think they just mean it has to be a valid email address. I think they're being more strick since the codes were posted on here.

!!!!!!, not really read the rest of this thread. I have finally, finally won a £5 voucher. And to make it worse, I went to a Virgin Vie at Home party on Wednesday. :rotfl:

Will I actually get one now?

We've only emailed single winners so far.... if you've won multiple £10 vouchers, you will receive the other codes in due course ... but please remember - you can only redeem against the email address that you win against !

So ... you've not been diddled .... you will receive the others...
