Been left £35,000 What to do with it?

Need to put it somewhere so that I can use it and take out the following direct debits

2 X £500 A MONTH TO HALIFAX 10% REGULAR SAVER

2 X £250 A MONTH TO BARCLAYS 7.5% REGULAR SAVER


ALSO NEED TO SET UP 2 ISAS FOR ME AND WIFE- ( to be honest never ever set one up before as we have always lived from week to week with no savings to save)

We already have a normal halifax current account where all incomings and outgoings come from

Any help would be very much appreciated !!!!

Generally savings accounts don't allow direct debits for bills, transfers etc. I'd suggest getting a decent bank account: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts
