Cotswold company competition and discount Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to individuals in the UK residents aged 18 or over. Any person or persons connected with By Design (UK) Limited t/a "mydeco", Globrix, The Cotswold Company including, without limit, their families, agents, or anyone else involved in the administration of this offer are not eligible to enter.
2. All entries must be received by midnight August 1st, 2008
3. Each entrant who enters their email into the competition page on the mydeco site will be subscribed to mydeco’s weekly e-mail (from which you can unsubscribe at any time), but it is possible for you to enter the competition and not receive that e-mail information. To do so, simply send us a postcard to mydeco, By Design (UK) Limited, 83 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HW stating ‘Cotswold giveaway’. Please remember to include your name, address and contact phone number in with your entry. All valid entries will go into the draw.
4. Each entrant who enters their email into the competition page on the mydeco site will receive a discount code, redeemable online at The Cotswold Company. To redeem your discount, enter code at The Cotswold Company online checkout page and enter payment details as normal. Your discount will be deducted from all eligible items in your shopping basket.
5. 15 (fifteen) percent discount code may be redeemed one time per user and is only applicable to full priced items from The Cotswold Company. Any purchase above the value £500 (five hundred), will receive the increased discount of 20 (twenty) percent. Shipping not included.
6. The discount code is valid between June 11 and August 1st, 2008. All purchases must be completed by this date in order to receive the discount.

8. This discount does not apply to postage & packing or other delivery fees.
9. No purchase required. This is a free prize draw. The 'free entry route' is the sending of the postcard detailed in paragraph 3 above.

11. The prize must be accepted as offered (there is no cash alternative) and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. The winners will be selected at random on Monday 4th August 2008 and the winners will be notified by email or post within 7 days. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 28 days of the original draw.
14. By Design (UK) Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with a product of equal value, if necessary.
15. The winner will be asked to confirm their postal address before the prize is awarded.
