HELP,i need to make a fancy dress outfit

i need to make a medievel outfit for my 6yo son by tommorow morning for him to go to school in,,havent a clue what to do, it doesnt have to be fancy, just something using an old dust sheet would be great. im working all day till 6 so going to hire one is out of the question, i can go to asda or tesco if needs be

White tabard should be easy to make. Red cross on the front. Cardboard crown and shield, sprayed gold. plastic sword from supermarket.

Link to making very easy costume, its just a basic tunic and cloak type thing, should think you could easily get it out of a sheet of some sort.
