Saw a girl scanning the barcode of DVD players & other items with her own (mobile fone??) gadget, in john Lewis the other day, so what was it??
Sseemed like she was getting price/info for her own use, saves writing it down, I guess.
Intrigued !But didn't ask her at the time, please let me know!!

That would be the John Lewis bar code scanner for gift lists. They give you a scanner and you go round the store scanning what you want for your gift list. We used it for our wedding list 2 years ago...Moneysaving since 2004!0
