Excellent result! Well done for persevering. Unfortunately, many people who go through the Small Claims never actually see any money. I am really pleased your dad got his money back. Lots of people would have given up because of the prolonged nature and distress, so well done to you for supporting him through it. Any chance you could name the builder? It might then come up on a google search and would warn others. These people usually start up again under other company names.0
