Through carpet - any ideas?

Our through carpet (lounge and dining room) is on its last legs, it is a pretty huge L shaped room. We have a hairy dog whose favourite thing is to throw up on the lounge carpet so it needs to be eaily cleanable and cheap.

I am in Manchester - can anyone recommend a purveyer of cheap, hardwearing, fitted carpet?

Muchos gracias!

We've carpeted two houses with Moortown Mill carpets. We bought via eBay (no longer on Quidco but still on Nectar e-shops) and their eBay shop is here. They have a related shop that sells underlay too and our carpet fitter commented on what good quality both the carpet and underlay were for the money. They are happy to send out colour samples and we did a whole house in one colour the first time and then darker downstairs and on the stairs and lighter upstairs on the second. We've started again in a flat now but will be buying from them again. They are based near Bournemouth but ship all over the UK using couriers. I don't think the courier was too keen when he delivered two large rolls of carpet and several heavy bags of rubber underlay but he did carry them into the house with a bit of help!
