Just out of interest, how do you think those with huge amounts of cash (millions) keep their savings safe?
Most of use shuffle around a £35K limit if we are cautious but it could be difficult (albeit a nice problem) if you had loads of cash.

I think most people with that kind of money wouldn't keep it all in cash savings, where it loses its value over time.0

They will have it in property or something. Like own retail parks and millions of houses to let kinda thing, I would assume so anyway.0
